At first, I thought it was vandalism but, we live in a neighborhood where this is extremely rare. Woke up to find it had been a cold night. I initially thought someone had shot at car or even threw something at it (ever though i was in the middle of a auto square in a safe city).

Rear window completely shattered.

The roads he was going down before the window broke were his usual roads, which are very smooth and slow. The struts to the window were found along with the shattered window glass on the outside of the car. If it was vandalism it would seem that the struts and glass would have blown into the car.
